What is the reality of "Science"?

"SCIENCE". As soon as we see this word, our brain start interpreting that this is something that revolve around Physics, Chemistry and Biology. This is a very hard subjects. Only kids with special mind can deal with it. And so on....
Is word "SCIENCE" really mean what our mind is interpreting or in reality that is something else? If something else then what is that? Why we know Science in the way our mind interpret? These are the some question we will go through in this Blog.
Let's start with the literal meaning of word "SCIENCE" which means "TO KNOW". According to the literal meaning, we know that if we are doing anything TO KNOW about something that will be a part of Science.In the beginning Science was more focused on understanding the phenomena that occurs in Nature. But, as we keep on exploring the stuffs, we tried to go deep and deep into that. If we need to learn something in deep we prefer to divide then in different groups for our simplicity. This does not mean that Science just revolve around these groups. This is more about curiosity to know stuff.
Our mind interpret in different way, as if you remember, since your childhood it has been told to you that Science is a very hard subject. You need to work hard and they give you the examples of some scientists like Albert Einstein, Newton and so on.. And we start creating a image about Science.
Basically, there are different branches of Science. The Science about the Physical world is Physical Science, about Society is Social Science, Politics is Political Science. As we are trying to know about them therefore we are calling them Science.
To learn you do not need a special mind or something special. You have to build yourself special. That is the only key to learn Science. If you really want to learn Science then play with it you will learn it. As a physics tutor I never teach my students physics as a subject. I always ask them to play with it. And i found that it helps them to understand in much better way rather them demonstrating the experiment that has been done a century back. I always connect the phenomena around us or from our daily life that connects with the topic. This is the time time when they start playing with science or in general 'THINK SCIENTIFICALLY'.
I suggest to parents, teachers or to the students too. Science need determination not special power. Science is about "Create Something from Nothing" not "Nothing from Something".
Now, there is one more misconception about Science people is that they are very serious. No, they are not. In fact they are very funny. To read some Scientific jokes visit whosayscientistsareserious.blogspot.com. I will come up with some Scientific jokes here too.
